Registered Since
2004

Canadian registered charitable organisation — not a recently-formed entity, not an unregistered collective.

Refugees brought to Canada since gaining SAH status in 2016. Every arrival documented publicly.

Your Tax Receipt

Every gift of
$20 CAD or more.

As a Canadian registered charity, ICV issues official Canada Revenue Agency–eligible tax receipts for every gift at or above the $20 CAD minimum. Whether you give online, by e-Transfer, or by cheque — you will receive one.

  1. Make your gift via any payment method on this page.
  2. We record your name, address, and gift amount against our donor ledger.
  3. You receive your receipt — online gifts are auto-issued by CanadaHelps; e-Transfer and cheque receipts are emailed by ICV within 14 business days.
  4. Claim on CRA Line 34900 of your next tax return.

Questions about a missing or incorrect receipt? Email info@icvcanada.org with the approximate date of your gift.

Tariq and Javed have already survived what most of us could not. They need one more thing from Canada — a community of strangers willing to fund their first year of freedom. Your name is on that list the moment you give.
